D10 COMP :Clinics and Camps
Spring Clinic for all D10 Comp cheerleaders, new and returning, must be a current D10 Comp cheerleader or have permission from the coaches of this team to participate! Please scroll down on the right for our 2 options for spring clinics and our COMP SUMMER CAMP! It is suggested that all girls do both clinics and HIGHLY recommended to do summer camp!
D10 Comp off Season Training
Who: Must be a returning D10 comp cheerleader OR a returning cheerleader from another RFH squad that is committed to moving to the D10 comp team this year and meets age requirements (no older than 10 or younger than 7 by July 31.
D10 Prospects: Please contact one of our coaches directly if moving to our team BEFORE signing up
What: These clinics will be biweekly skill specific classes to build and review fundamental skills for level 1 comp that will prepare your cheerleaders to hit the ground running once the season begins! These will be run in collaboration with Erin (comp choreographer) and our comp squad coaches and staff. She has confirmed that this will not conflict with any of her practices for any cheerleaders doing Castle Cheer.
This is not required but strongly recommended for all comp cheerleaders as it will help us to evaluate skills, build skills, and prepare for creating the routine this summer. Most of our competitors practice 1-2x per week as a team year round so we really need this to remain competitive in our division and it is great for the girls to stay conditioned and for team building and bonding!
** Sign up for entire set of classes is required and full attendance is encouraged but if you can't make it to all of the classes just come to as many as you can! Please contact us if you are not able to commit or not able to come to more than 3 of the 5 classes to see if we can work something out*
Cost: $154.05 by e check or $157.13 by CC (including processing fees) to be deducted via crossbar from your card on file or method selected during registration

Cosmic Dino Tumbling
Who: Must be a returning D10 comp cheerleader OR a returning cheerleader from another RFH squad that is committed to moving to the D10 comp team this year and meets age requirements (no older than 10 or younger than 7 by July 31)

What: Three skill specific tumbling sessions with our Cosmic Dino coaches to help us to perfect our technique and increase points on our current level 1 tumbling skills and to help us to build new skills to max our our tumbling scores in our 2025 routine! Including but not limited to Perfect Cartwheels/roundoffs, front and back walkovers, forwards and back rolls, and Valdez. THIS IS BASED ON OUR SPECIFIC TEAM and is made to be appropriate for all of their levels.

D 10 Summer Camp
What: The girls will participate in big/little sister events, team bonding, 2025 routine prep, and advanced stunting, tumbling, technique, and choreography sessions so this is not to be missed! Although this is not a regular season required event, it is strongly recommended and your child will not want to miss this!

Schedule should be blocked out 6/23-6/25 from 9-3 for this camp. The camp will be held at Erin's Gym 9:30-2:30 on 6/23 and 6/24 then 6/25 we will have a half day followed by a fun team building afternoon with the girls (parents we are looking for help with putting together a movie day, beach day, or pool party so please let us know if you are interested in helping).
Price: $180 to be paid at time of registration (+processing fee if using a credit card)
